A specialised ergonomic furniture and workspace solutions provider is seeking a Junior Sales Assistant to join its growing team. The company supplies premium ergonomic office furniture, seating, monitor arms, sit-stand desks, and workplace optimisation solutions to corporate, hospitality, and residential clients. The environment is professional, design-focused, and customer-centric, requiring individuals who are organised, and eager to develop within a sales support environment

This entry-level role is ideally suited to a candidate with strong administrative ability and an interest in sales, office furniture, interior environments, or customer service. The successful candidate will support the sales team with quotations, customer communication, order administration, and general office coordination while gaining exposure to client relationship management and workplace solution sales.

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric
Administration-related certificate or course advantageous
Previous administrative or customer service exposure beneficial
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Professional telephone etiquette and client-facing manner
Computer literate IOS advantages.
Good organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Well-presented and professional demeanour
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
Willingness to learn about ergonomic furniture and workspace solutions
Reliable, proactive, and eager to grow within a sales support role

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with daily administrative and sales support duties
Prepare quotations and assist with order processing
Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and sales orders
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal departments
Assist with scheduling deliveries and installations
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customer queries
Support showroom and office administration functions
Assist clients with basic product information and solution queries
Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately
Maintain filing systems and customer databases
Provide general administrative support to management and the sales department
Contribute to maintaining a professional and organised working environment
