Xpresso Café is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Junior Administrator to support daily administrative operations at Head Office. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to the Head Office team 

• Capture and maintain accurate data and records 

• Assist with filing, document management, and correspondence 

• Support operations with basic admin tasks 

• Handle internal communications and assist with scheduling 

• Assist with stock, supplier, and invoice administration 

• Ensure all documentation is up to date and easily accessible 

• Perform ad hoc administrative duties as required 

Requirements:

• 1–2 years’ administrative experience (advantageous) 

• Strong organisational and time management skills 

• High attention to detail and accuracy 

• Good communication skills (written and verbal) 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 

• Must have a valid driver’s licence and vehicle 

Qualifications:

• Matric (essential)
