Salary: R15 000 – R25 000 (Dependant on experience)Rotational shifts: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00Our client in the logistics industry is currently looking for a Junior Fleet Controller to join a fast-paced transport and logistics environment.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and track truck and driver movementsUpdate planned loads on Soloplan/Fleet Management SystemsEnsure drivers receive loading instructions and updatesManage PODs and related transport documentationMonitor diesel consumption and driver efficiencyLiaise with clients regarding deliveries, delays, and updatesManage driver attendance and time-off schedulesReport and follow up on breakdowns and operational issues

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12
• Over 2 years’ experience as a Fleet Controller within freight/logistics
• Experience with truck monitoring and driver management
• Side tipper truck experience essential
• Mining industry experience advantageous
• Computer literate (Excel, Word, Fleet Systems)
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Valid driver’s license and own transport
