Salary: R15 000 – R25 000 (Dependant on experience)Rotational shifts: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00Our client in the logistics industry is currently looking for a Junior Fleet Controller to join a fast-paced transport and logistics environment.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and track truck and driver movementsUpdate planned loads on Soloplan/Fleet Management SystemsEnsure drivers receive loading instructions and updatesManage PODs and related transport documentationMonitor diesel consumption and driver efficiencyLiaise with clients regarding deliveries, delays, and updatesManage driver attendance and time-off schedulesReport and follow up on breakdowns and operational issues

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12
Over 2 years’ experience as a Fleet Controller within freight/logistics
Experience with truck monitoring and driver management
Side tipper truck experience essential
Mining industry experience advantageous
Computer literate (Excel, Word, Fleet Systems)
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Valid driver’s license and own transport
