We are looking for a skilled Lathe Operator with experience in milling and hydraulics to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various types of lathes, milling machines, and hydraulic systems, along with the ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operation.


Responsibilities:


Set up and operate lathe machines to produce metal parts according to blueprints or specifications.


Perform machining operations such as turning, drilling, and threading to fabricate components.


Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and precision in the finished products.


Inspect finished parts for accuracy and make adjustments as needed.


Maintain and calibrate machinery to ensure optimal performance.


Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions in the lathe, milling, and hydraulic systems.


Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.


Key Skills:


Proven experience as a Lathe Operator with knowledge of milling and hydraulics.


Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.


Proficiency in operating various lathe machines and milling equipment.


Solid understanding of hydraulic systems and components.


Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery.


Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.


Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.


Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a construction setting.
