Accountant / Tax PractitionerMontanaSalary: R20,000 – R26,000 CTC, depending on experience and qualifications.

Minimum requirements:

Accounting degree (BCom Accounting or equivalent)
Registered Tax Practitioner
CIBA or SAIBA registered
Minimum 2 years’ accounting and tax practice experience
Experience managing a portfolio of trusts, companies, deceased estates and individuals
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax legislation
Experience with financial statements, tax compliance and accounting functions
Ability to oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations and financial reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Sage, Draftworx and QuickBooks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines, client relationships and work independently
Experience leading or mentoring junior staff
