Duties:

Daily golf operations
Manage tee times, bookings through all platforms
Prepare and maintain tee sheets
Handle daily enquiries
Tournament & Golf Day Management
Plan, organise, and execute member, corporate, league, and committee golf days
Manage event contracts, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations
Coordinate event logistics including registrations, tee sheets, carts, signage, sponsorships, and prizegiving
Prepare scorecards, draws, pairings, and results documentation
Assist with prize presentations and post-event administration
Group and corporate bookings
Member and guest services
Committee and league support
Marketing and communication
Administration, reporting and pricing
Operational support

Requirements:

Previous experience in either a golf club operations, hospitality, events, or customer service position required
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be fully computer literate
Experience with booking or club management computer systems is a big plus
Knowledge of golf operations, handicaps, and tournament formats advantageous
Must be customer service orientated
Attention to detail
