Matric

Knowledge of SQL, CRM or ticketing systems  

1–2 years’ experience in a customer support, helpdesk, or service-oriented role

Basic understanding of relational databases

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work under pressure

Customer focused and professional

Salary: Market Related depending on experience
