You are able to meticulously follow processes whilst applying sound judgment.

Required Duties

• Objective: Ensure every vehicle is delivered on time and in the condition that meets the GW quality standard (hence client expectation) for the vehicles relevant tier classification
• Failure results in negative client experiences and additional after sales pressure
• Inspect and quality control reconditioning work to ensure that it meets brand standards
• Coordinate, plan and schedule vehicle deliveries with the service providers
• Coordinate, plan and schedule vehicle deliveries with the sales department
• Ensure all vehicles have a valid roadworthy
• Complete and compile getWorth pre-delivery checklist as evidence of quality control
• Generate progress reports to give to sales department
• Make quick decisions using sound judgement that is fair and rationale
• Work independently and is highly detail orientated
• Strong admin & multi-tasking skills – if you cannot multitask and reprioritise quickly this role is not for you
• Someone that enjoys being the first to work and the last to leave

Minimum requirements

• Categorised: Operational role
• EE Applicants given preference
• Grade 12 plus a minimum of 5 years work experience in a vehicle detailing, quality control or retail delivery environment
• Beneficial: Vehicle technical qualifications or experience
• Valid Driver’s license (code 08) and own transport
• English spoken and written
• Contactable references
• No criminal record

 Working Hours

• Operational Roles are required to work a six-day (45 hour) week which includes Saturdays
• Public holidays will be worked as scheduled (on rotation)
