•Must have minimum 10 years experience in Auto Body Trade.
•Must have 8 years Paint bay experience (know and understand colour perception etc)
•Must have leadership and management skills
•Paint shop process overview knowledge
•Paint shop Quality knowledge
•Paint shop turn around time knowledge
•Must be able to understand Manual & Audatex quotes.
•Must be able to work Saturdays.
•Must be able to work with clients.
•Must be able to manage staff.
•Salary between R20 000.00 and R35 000.00 cost to company + commission
•Must be able to work under pressure.
•Own reliable transport.
