Job purpose:

An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and driven Training Officer to join our Learning & Development team in KZN (Durban or Pietermaritzburg based). This role is ideal for a passionate individual who thrives on developing people, driving performance, and influencing business results through effective training.

Key Accountable Responsibilities:

• Facilitate impactful training interventions that drive performance and productivity
• Develop and support new employees and identified successors to ensure readiness for growth opportunities
• Partner with line managers to strengthen team capability and performance
• Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes
• Travel extensively throughout KZN and surrounding areas for business purposes

Competency and qualification requirements:

• Grade 12
• Facilitator/Train the trainer qualification
• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as a Training Officer within a performance-driven environment
• Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable training outcomes
