Job Summary: We are seeking a Night Shift Controller to oversee operations during the night shift at a gold mine. This role is critical in monitoring and coordinating underground and surface operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and effective communication throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor real-time operations via control systems to ensure smooth production flow.
• Coordinate and supervise night shift teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Respond to equipment alarms, incidents, and emergencies, coordinating immediate actions with on-site teams.
• Communicate with day shift managers, relaying any critical issues or progress updates.
• Track production metrics, downtime, and performance indicators, providing shift reports.
• Ensure all regulatory and safety compliance measures are met throughout the shift.
• Oversee the shift handover process, ensuring a seamless transition to the day shift.
