Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Shopify store.
• Upload, update, and maintain product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and variants.
• Organize collections, categories, and navigation menus for an optimal user experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates with relevant departments.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and responsiveness.
• Implement and test new features, themes, and design updates.
• Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and fully functional across all devices.
• Monitor store analytics, traffic, and sales performance.
• Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
• Create and manage discount codes, promotions, and special campaigns.
• Install, configure, and manage Shopify apps and plugins.
• Integrate third-party tools such as payment gateways, CRM systems, ERP systems, and shipping platforms.
• Troubleshoot integration and system-related issues.
• Optimize product pages and website content for SEO.
• Support paid advertising campaigns by creating landing pages and tracking performance.
• Implement tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Monitor and assist with online order processing issues.
• Coordinate with customer service teams to resolve website-related customer complaints.
• Ensure checkout processes are functioning correctly.

• Relevant qualification in E-commerce, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience managing a Shopify store or e-commerce platform.
• Experience with Shopify admin and backend operations.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.
• Experience with SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and online merchandising.
