Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Security Mobile Supervisor to oversee and support our security operations across multiple sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site visits, supervising security personnel, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and maintaining high service standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Valid PSIRA registration (Grade B or higher preferred)
• Valid driver’s license (essential)
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within the security industry
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and be on standby
• Strong report writing and administrative skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections and patrols
• Supervise and support security officers across assigned sites
• Ensure all staff comply with company policies and procedures
• Handle incidents, emergencies, and client queries professionally
• Complete daily, weekly, and incident reports accurately
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline
• Assist with scheduling and rostering where required
• Ensure all equipment and vehicles are maintained and used correctly
