We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our group of SUPERSPAR stores in Gauteng.

The Role

You will be the operational backbone of the group - conducting daily store visits, driving performance across multiple locations, and ensuring our store management teams are executing to the highest standard. This is a high-accountability, high-visibility role reporting directly to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Daily store visits and floor walks across multiple SUPERSPAR locations
• Holding store management teams accountable to operational standards
• Identifying and resolving operational issues across all departments
• Monitoring and improving store profitability - waste, shrinkage, GP, and efficiencies
• Reporting on store performance to senior management
• Supporting, developing, and upskilling store-level management
• Ensuring compliance with SPAR group standards and procedures
• Liaising with suppliers, SPAR DC, and internal stakeholders
