We are seeking a skilled and experienced Specialist Technician-Service to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be performing routine maintenance and repair services on equipment and machinery. The Specialist Technician-Service will troubleshoot and diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs in a timely manner to ensure minimal downtime for our clients.

Key Responsibilities: 
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and machinery
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on various systems
- Recommend solutions and provide estimates for repair work
- Maintain accurate records of work complete
- Install, repair, or replace components as needed
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on repair status and recommendations for ongoing maintenance
-Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of service department

Qualifications:
- Qualified Automotive Technician
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in service technician role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment as needed

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Ability to work in confined spaces or at heights
- Ability to stand, sit, or kneel for extended periods of time
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
