PSP Feeds, part of the SSK Group, currently has a career opportunity at its Animal Feed Manufacturing Plant in Humansdorp. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of inventory systems, processing of purchases and sales, as well as internal stock transfers and invoice processing.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and capture stock on the system according to procedures.
• Ensure that purchase and selling prices are accurately recorded on the system.
• Reconcile order documents with delivery notes and invoices.
• Daily reporting of maize receipts and liaising with suppliers.
• Control and record internal stock transfers within the plant.
• Reconcile the goods received journal with physical stock.
• Process and reconcile creditor invoices accurately and timeously.
• Maintain neat and accurate inventory records and support stock control processes.
• Provide administrative support to the procurement and production teams as required.

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12).
• A qualification in administration or logistics will be advantageous.
• Experience in inventory control or administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Accurate and detail-oriented work approach with good organizational skills.
• Reliable, able to work independently, and a team player.
• Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems.
