We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Administrative Manager with a strong finance background and over 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will oversee daily administrative operations, lead and manage the administrative team.
We are a licensed medical supplies reseller based in Pretoria. We are looking for a hands on Administrative Manager who can thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to our continued growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in an administrative or management role with financial responsibilities
- Proven experience managing and leading a team
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Sage
- Strong communication and problem solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Attributes:
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Experience in the medical supplies or healthcare (advantageous)
