You will be expected to support the development, launch, implementation of new and existing products, while ensuring compliance with NPD procedures, food labelling regulations and internal quality standards. The role includes contributing technical input, assisting with troubleshooting, and ensuring products are market-ready.

Candidate Requirements

Job Requirements:

§ Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related qualification

§ 2-3 years’ experience in a NPD environment

§ Exposure to FMCG or food manufacturing environments is preferred

§ Understanding of NPD processes, including stage gate and project management principles

§ Knowledge of food safety standards, labelling regulations and compliance requirements
