The role supports business development and client retention efforts and serves as a developmental position with potential progression into a full-time recruitment role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telephone calls to prospective and existing clients
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide accurate information
• Update, manage, and maintain client records on internal databases
• Assist with general administrative duties related to client engagement
• Ensure accurate data capturing and compliance with internal procedures
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions

Minimum Requirements

• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written)
• Strong verbal communication skills with a confident telephone manner
• Comfortable engaging with clients and building rapport
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must be based in Brits or surrounding areas
• Must have own laptop and reliable internet connection
• Must be able to attend office-based training during the initial onboarding period

Remuneration and Benefits

• Hourly rate: R35 per hour
• Airtime provided for work-related calls
• Performance-based incentives introduced once performance is established
