- Manage all HR administration, employee records, contracts, and onboarding/offboarding
- Oversee disciplinary procedures, grievance management, and labour relations processes
- Prepare for and assist with CCMA/labour-related matters where required

Position Overview
Rein Oil is seeking an experienced and highly organised Administration & HR Manager to oversee the company’s administrative office, human resources, labour relations, wage processing, and financial administration functions.
This is a key management role suited to a proactive individual who can lead office administration while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strong internal controls across HR and financial processes.

Candidate Requirements
- Relevant qualification in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years experience in administration/HR/payroll management role
- Strong understanding of South African labour legislation and HR best practices
- Experience with payroll systems and wage processing
- Financial administration experience including creditors/debtors/reconciliations
- Advanced computer literacy (Excel essential; ERP/accounting/payroll software advantageous)
- Strong leadership and staff management ability
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG environment
- Exposure to operational/admin integration in fast-paced businesses
- Experience handling disciplinary hearings and labour disputes
