Position Overview:
The ERP Support Consultant – Finance is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimising the financial modules within the Kerridge K8 ERP system used by the Group. This role acts as the primary liaison between the Finance Department and the IT Department, ensuring that financial processes within the ERP system operate efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for the financial modules within Kerridge K8.
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related finance system issues.
Assist finance users with system queries and operational support.
Support and maintain financial modules including GL, AP, AR, Cashbook and Fixed Assets.
Analyse existing financial workflows within the ERP system and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist with reconciliation between ERP modules and financial reports.
Ensure financial data accuracy and maintain financial master data.
Support finance teams with ERP-based financial reporting.
Provide training and documentation for finance staff using the ERP system.
Assist with testing and implementation of ERP upgrades and patches.
Support integrations between Kerridge K8 and banking, reporting and ecommerce systems
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
ERP system stability for financial modules
Speed and effectiveness of issue resolution
Accuracy of financial data within ERP
Reduction of manual financial processes
User satisfaction within the Finance Department
Successful ERP upgrades and enhancements
Work Environment:
The ERP Support Consultant – Finance will work closely with the Finance Department, IT Systems Team, ERP vendors and consultants, and senior management.

Candidate Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related
Experience supporting ERP systems in a finance environment.
Experience with financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, and Cashbook.
Experience with Kerridge K8 or similar ERP systems (advantageous).
Strong ERP troubleshooting and problem solving ability.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Understanding of SQL queries and financial data reporting (advantageous).
Finance Knowledge:
Financial accounting principles
General ledger structures
VAT and tax processing
Financial reconciliations
Month-end processes
Financial reporting structures
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to communicate with both finance and technical teams
Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
Ability to work under pressure during financial reporting cycles
