A Well established Ice Cream Manufacturer is looking for a National Operational Manager in Cape Town.

Qualification:

o 2 – 3 years’ experience in Retail

o Experience in HR – Managing Disciplinaries and other HR related issues

o Meticulous with great attention to detail

o Experience managing staff of around 140 people

o The successful candidate would need to be able to work independently

o Ability to Multitask

o Excellent Time management skills

o Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills

o Have excellent communications skills

Responsibilities:

Manage Ops team Nationally – 2 Junior Ops managers and +- 140 staff members
HR duties: Manage staff Absenteeism, Staff not following procedures, customer interactions and conduct Disciplinaries etc.
Visit sites daily

Computer Skills: Normal Ms Word, Outlook, Excel
