A Well established Ice Cream Manufacturer is looking for a National Operational Manager.    

Qualification:

• 2 – 3 years’ experience in Retail
•  
• Experience in Hr – Managing Disciplinaries and other Hr related issues – just basic understanding as the HR Lady would do this
• Meticulous with great attention to detail
• Experience supervising staff – the 3 or 4 Operations Managers based in cape town
• Might have to travel to Cape Town if needs to
• The successful candidate would need to be able to work independently
• Ability to Multitask
• Excellent Time management skills
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills
• Have excellent communications skills
