    Our client is a Florida-based home care provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered services. The company works closely with patients, families, case managers, discharge planners, and physicians to ensure coordinated and effective care.     We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support leadership and help drive business growth. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—you will play a key part in lead conversion, marketing efforts, and operational coordination, acting as the owner’s right hand.

    Key Responsibilities: 

    1. Lead Management & Conversion

    • Follow up on incoming leads in a timely and professional manner
    • Nurture and convert prospects into active patients/clients
    • Track and manage lead pipelines to ensure consistent conversion

    2. Marketing Support

    • Manage and optimize outreach across platforms such as Google, Instagram, and Facebook
    • Identify opportunities to generate new leads and improve conversion rates
    • Support marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive business growth

    3. Executive & Administrative Support

    • Act as the owner’s right-hand, managing priorities and daily tasks
    • Organize workflows and ensure projects move forward efficiently
    • Handle incoming requests and prioritize based on business needs

    4. Operations Support

    • Assist with client intake and coordination processes
    • Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service delivery
    • Potential to grow into HR and company management support functions over time

    5. Task Ownership & Problem-Solving

    • Independently research, execute, and complete assigned tasks
    • Proactively identify issues and implement solutions
    • Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment and successful outcomes

Candidate Requirements

    Qualifications & Skills: 

    • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
    • 2–3 years of marketing experience (required)
    • Proven experience in social media management and lead conversion (required)
    • Background or familiarity with healthcare industry (required)
    • Highly tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable with shifting priorities
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative
    • Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
    • Ability Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm EST
