We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support leadership and help drive business growth. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—you will play a key part in lead conversion, marketing efforts, and operational coordination, acting as the owner’s right hand.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management & Conversion
- Follow up on incoming leads in a timely and professional manner
- Nurture and convert prospects into active patients/clients
- Track and manage lead pipelines to ensure consistent conversion
2. Marketing Support
- Manage and optimize outreach across platforms such as Google, Instagram, and Facebook
- Identify opportunities to generate new leads and improve conversion rates
- Support marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive business growth
3. Executive & Administrative Support
- Act as the owner’s right-hand, managing priorities and daily tasks
- Organize workflows and ensure projects move forward efficiently
- Handle incoming requests and prioritize based on business needs
4. Operations Support
- Assist with client intake and coordination processes
- Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Potential to grow into HR and company management support functions over time
5. Task Ownership & Problem-Solving
- Independently research, execute, and complete assigned tasks
- Proactively identify issues and implement solutions
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- 2–3 years of marketing experience (required)
- Proven experience in social media management and lead conversion (required)
- Background or familiarity with healthcare industry (required)
- Highly tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable with shifting priorities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative
- Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm EST
