The role entails managing end-to-end packaging systems and specifications, ensuring smooth, compliant and cost-effective production, compliance. Responsibilities will include optimising machine efficiency, supporting product development and supplier coordination, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across packaging operations.

Candidate Requirements

Job Requirements:

§ Degree in Packaging Science or a related technical field

§ IPSA Diploma or higher

§ Minimum 5 years’ experience in a packaging environment (FMCG/food manufacturing preferred)

§ Mechanical aptitude & understanding of packaging machinery
