A respected FMCG employer is seeking a Maintenance Planning Administrator to join its Western Cape team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance through the CMMS, maintaining accurate maintenance records, managing spares and stock control, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, and supporting admin and compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have 3 years’ experience in a maintenance planning role, preferably within a manufacturing or FMCG environment, along with experience working on a CMMS (e.g. Pragma, Syspro). Strong MS Excel, as well as a basic understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment and spare parts, is essential. Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills will also be valuable.
