What You’ll Be Doing

• Process policies, renewals, and endorsements
• Review risk information and ensure accurate documentation
• Liaise with brokers and insurers on underwriting and policy-related queries
• Maintain compliant, accurate records across all systems
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service to commercial clients

Who We’re Looking For

Experienced commercial insurance professionals who understand the detail, pace, and responsibility of the role.

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in short-term insurance (commercial lines)
• Background as a Commercial Underwriter, Underwriting Assistant, or similar
• Strong understanding of policies, renewals, and endorsements
• High attention to detail and strong administrative accuracy
• Professional English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Stable internet connection and suitable remote working setup
