Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support our growing finance function. This role is critical in helping us improve visibility into profitability, cash flow, and operational performance across clients, countries, and service lines.

This is not a purely reporting role — we are looking for someone who can think, analyze, and challenge numbers, not just prepare them.

Key Responsibilities: 

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports (P&L, margins, cost breakdowns)
• Analyze profitability by client, country, and department
• Track and explain variances vs. budget and prior periods
• Support month-end close process

Operational Finance

• Build and maintain unit economics (per seat, per client, per program)
• Monitor labor costs, utilization, and efficiency metrics
• Partner with operations to identify cost savings and performance improvements

Cash Flow & Forecasting

• Assist in cash flow tracking and projections
• Support short-term and mid-term financial forecasting
• Help monitor accounts receivable and collections trends

Data & Systems

• Work with tools like QuickBooks, Excel, and internal dashboards
• Clean and structure financial and operational data for better insights
• Help build simple, practical reporting dashboards

Strategic Support

• Assist leadership with ad hoc analysis (pricing, hiring decisions, expansion)
• Support evaluation of new opportunities and clients
• Contribute to improving financial processes and controls
