ADMIN CLERK/VEHICLE STOCK CONTROLLER. MAYVILLE, PRETORIA
With more than ten years experience in the Rent-To-Own motor and dealership industry, this fast growing company is looking for the services of an experienced Vehicle Administrator/Clerk/Controller. The position is based in Mayville, Pretoria.
Main Responsiblities:
- Managing and optimising vehicle stock levels.
- Capturing of vehicle details, and efficient processing from arrival to delivery.
- Monitoring of vehicle stock levels, vehicle status and service reports.
- Co-ordinating vehicle ordering, receiving and invoice processing.
- Ensuring supporting documents is accurate and compliant. (invoices, VIN number, registration papers, etc.)
- Conducting and assist with stock auditing and reconciliations.
- Administrative duties, such as accurate filing, correspondence handling, scheduling of meetings, etc. (electronically and via telephone.)

Required Skills
- Admin Skills: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
- Grade 12 National Senior Certificate.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years proven experience in a similar position. Dealership and/or vehicle experience will be an added advantage.
- PC Literate in MS Office.
- Outstanding Admin skills, organised, attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and in writing.
- Positive and friendly personality.
- Well spoken and professional conduct and appearance.
- Able to handle and manage pressure in a fast paced environment.
- SA Citizen with own transport and valid driver's license.
