My Client in the Fuel & Oil Industry is seeking a Territory Manager This role requires strategic oversight, monitoring the execution of operational standards to ensure each site meets departmental targets and upholds multiple brand standards. Additionally, the Territory Manager is accountable for optimising business operations, identifying opportunities for competitive advantage, and driving short- and medium-term profitable growth while proactively managing risks across the portfolio.Salary R35 000 - R41 000

Minimum requirements:

Financial Management
Customer Service and Acquisition (including Debtor Management)
Maintenance and Asset Management
Compliance and Safety Management
Risk and Security Management
Staff Management
Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations management
Forecourt Operations Management
Grade 12 / Matric (additional qualifications will be preferable)
Code 8 Drivers License
Own Vehicle and willing to travel
Previous experience in managing multiple outlets will be advantageous
At least 2 years proven senior management experience
Must have a clear disciplinary record him/herself
Advanced labour relations knowledge and skills
Ability to interpret site financial statements and profit margins
Willing to work extra hours to get the job done with no additional overtime remuneration
Self-starter with proven high levels of initiative
High emotional intelligence
High resilience
