In this role your responsibilities will include fleet and logistics control. You’ll ensure accurate and controlled warehouse operations, maintaining inventory governance, and supporting production supply through effective stock oversight and control. You will monitor raw material levels, coordinate logistics, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders. You will oversee warehouse accuracy, maintain MRP integrity, and ensure proper categorisation and recording of all materials. In addition, you will support warehouse operations by supervising staff (including drivers and warehouse controllers), enforcing safety standards, and ensuring compliance with storage and inspection protocols. You will also liaise with production, procurement, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and efficient resolution of operational issues.
 
Applicants should have 3-5 years of fleet / logistic experience within a manufacturing or supply chain environment, supported by a BCom in Supply Chain or Logistics. A strong understanding of stock control principles, cycle counting, and ERP/MRP systems is essential. Experience in supervising staff and coordinating warehouse operations is required. The ideal candidate will be confident in enforcing SOPs, compliance standards, and safety procedures, with the ability to manage multiple warehouse functions in a structured and disciplined environment. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills are essential, along with a hands-on, accountable, and well-organised approach to succeed in this role.
