Job Title: Foreman (Carpentry/Shopfitting)

Job Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced Factory Foreman to lead our carpentry and shopfitting production team. You’ll oversee daily operations in our factory, manage a team of skilled carpenters, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Leadership.

• Supervise and coordinate the carpentry team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Plan, schedule, and assign tasks based on workload, skills, and project priorities.
• Ensure efficient use of materials, equipment, and labor.

Quality & Safety

• Enforce health & safety protocols in the workshop.
• Conduct regular quality checks on work in progress and finished products.
• Sign off on completed work before dispatch/installation.

Team Management

• Handle performance issues, provide feedback, and drive productivity.
• Foster a collaborative, safety-focused team culture.

Client & Project Liaison

• Coordinate with install teams and logistics for smooth delivery.
• Resolve issues on-site or escalate as needed.
• Work with project managers on timelines, changes, and sign-offs.

Operations

• Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and cleanliness.
• Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
