Primary Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new vehicle sales opportunities by approaching potential customers, making cold calls, and attending networking events
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our new vehicles
- Provide accurate and timely information about pricing, availability, and financing options to customers
- Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing and complete sales transactions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the sales manager
- Stay up to date on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitor offerings
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in automotive sales or a similar role (experience with new vehicles is preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service
- Proficient in using sales and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus
