Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate pressing machines according to production requirements
Monitor machine performance to ensure safe and efficient output
Inspect finished products to meet quality standards
Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance of equipment
Follow all safety procedures and housekeeping standards
Assist with material handling and other duties as required

Skills and Requirements:

Physical strength and ability to perform manual labour
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures
Problem‑solving ability and willingness to adapt to changing demands

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required
Basic understanding of safety protocols
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
