Our client in Paarl is seeking a reliable and experienced Site Foreman to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing staff, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.

Minimum Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role as a Site Foreman
Valid driver’s license
Police clearance certificate
Relevant qualification (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate on-site activities
Manage and lead construction teams
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Monitor project progress and report to management
Read and interpret building plans and specifications
Maintain quality control across all aspects of the project

Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail
