You will manage inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, coordinate property viewings, and support the sales team’s efforts to achieve our business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for client enquiries and lead management
- Respond to inbound enquiries quickly and professionally
- Make outbound calls to follow up and nurture leads
- Qualify buyers and tenants based on requirements
- Schedule and confirm property viewings and appointments
- Update and maintain CRM with accurate data
- Share new listings, pricing updates, and market information
- Coordinate valuations and listing appointments
- Liaise with agents, suppliers, and internal teams
- Manage inboxes and ensure all communications are handled
- Track lead activity and support performance reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident handling inbound and outbound calls
- Ability to qualify leads effectively
- Experience with CRM systems and data entry
- Highly organised and able to multitask
- Understanding of sales and lead processes
- Results-driven and proactive mindset
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Real estate or luxury service experience is an advantage
