Employer: West Coast Personnel

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Agent to join our remote team in South Africa. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving new business opportunities and providing exceptional client service. You will manage inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, coordinate property viewings, and support the sales team’s efforts to achieve our business goals. If you’re someone who thrives on organisation, clear communication, and building client relationships, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

First point of contact for client enquiries and lead management
Respond to inbound enquiries quickly and professionally
Make outbound calls to follow up and nurture leads
Qualify buyers and tenants based on requirements
Schedule and confirm property viewings and appointments
Update and maintain CRM with accurate data
Share new listings, pricing updates, and market information
Coordinate valuations and listing appointments
Liaise with agents, suppliers, and internal teams
Manage inboxes and ensure all communications are handled
Track lead activity and support performance reporting

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident handling inbound and outbound calls
Ability to qualify leads effectively
Experience with CRM systems and data entry
Highly organised and able to multitask
Understanding of sales and lead processes
Results-driven and proactive mindset
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Excellent attention to detail
Real estate or luxury service experience is an advantage
