Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using Autodesk Inventor
• Develop concepts, prototypes, and refined designs aligned with client needs and industry standards
• Collaborate with engineers, production, and quality teams across the product lifecycle
• Produce technical documentation, including assembly instructions and maintenance manuals
• Conduct prototype testing and validation to ensure performance, reliability, and safety
• Implement design improvements based on test results
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through design optimization, material selection, and process improvements
• Work with procurement and manufacturing teams to implement efficient solutions
• Participate in design reviews and stay updated with industry trends and best practices
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and provide ongoing technical support
• Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards (ISO, CE, FDA, etc.) and stay informed on regulatory updates

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in mechanical design within the FMCG or manufacturing sector
• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and VAULT
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
• Experience with product development and machinery design
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
