About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented graduate to join as our first operations hire. You'll

work directly with the founder, keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes so we

can focus on delivering great work to clients. This role suits someone who thrives on

organisation, takes ownership, and wants real responsibility from day one - not just shadowing.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day admin and operational tasks

- Organise documents, systems, and workflows

- Communicate with clients via email and messaging

- Schedule meetings and manage calendars

- Assist with project coordination and follow-ups

- Help improve internal processes over time

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any field

- Based in Cape Town and able to work in De Waterkant 3 days per week (work may be required offsite on shoot days)

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

- Proactive and reliable

Nice to Have

- Previous internship, admin, or assistant experience

- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
