Duties:

• Oversee, manage and take responsibility for the project, site and all sub-contractors
• Manage and coordinate all site activities
• Drive timelines and project schedule for timeous completion
• Manage budget and budget reports
• Proactively identify delays and implement corrective measures
• Maintain firm control of the critical path and sequencing
• Be the Liaison and communicate with and between the Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Engineers, consultants and the client. Lead meetings
• Work closely with the QS to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting, proper management of variations, and alignment between budget and program
• Review subcontractor pricing, claims, and valuations
• Lead and manage subcontractors
• Quality control
• Maintain and enforce company building standards
• Ensure quality of finishes
• Manage snag list properly ensuring quality
• Health, Safety & Compliance:
• Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Act and site safety                                                                          requirements
• Report directly to the Directors on program progress, budget and cost status, and risks, delays, and solutions
