We are looking for a highly proficient and dedicated Support Team Member to join a specialized team focusing on Draftworx software. This role requires a professional who is deeply involved with the software on a daily basis and possesses specific technical expertise in audit working papers. We are seeking a reliable individual who is looking for a long-term career opportunity and can deliver clear, professional communication to clients.

Requirements:

· Provide daily expert-level support on Draftworx software.

· Utilize and support RAC (Audit working papers) desktop applications.

· Engage with clients in a well-spoken and professional manner.

· Stay current with continuous software improvements and updates.

· Education: Completed BCom degree.

· Training: Completed articles.

· Software Expertise: Extensive daily knowledge of Draftworx (regular monthly use is insufficient).

· Technical Specifics: In-depth working knowledge of RAC (Audit working papers).

· Platform Knowledge: Proficiency in the Desktop version of the software (Cloud-only knowledge will not be sufficient for RAC requirements).

· Recency: Must be currently working on the software to ensure familiarity with the latest changes.

· Language: Well-spoken with clear English communication skills.

· Reliability: A stable career history with a commitment to long-term growth.
