Duties and Responsibilities:

• Capture and maintain accurate financial records in accounting systems
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Assist with invoicing, billing, and collections
• Maintain and organize financial documents and records
• Support monthly and year-end closing processes
• Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Assist senior staff with audits and financial reviews

Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3 – 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

Knowledge and Skills:

• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Zoho Books advantageous)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
