ðŸš¨ WE ARE HIRING: VALIDATOR (COID CLAIMS) – GROENKLOOF, PRETORIA ðŸš¨We are looking for a detail-driven Validator to join a well-established company specialising in the administration of injury-on-duty (COID) claims within the medical claims environment.ðŸ“ LocationGroenkloof, PretoriaðŸ§¾ SalaryR10 000 - R20 000 CTC, depending on experience ðŸš— TravelNo (Adhoc may be required)

ð¼ WHAT YOU’LL DO

Assessing COID claim information and billing accuracy (COID Gazette compliant)
Reviewing accounts against COID payment history
Managing communication with assigned medical practices
Supporting clients with claims-related queries and guidance
Following up on outstanding claim documentation
Updating systems and uploading medical reports to the Compensation Fund system
Supporting daily operations and meeting production deadlines
Assisting with training of new team members
Contributing to revenue targets and overall team success

ð WHAT YOU NEED

Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
Tertiary qualification advantageous
Experience in client & funder communication (essential)
Medical claims experience (essential)

ð§ SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication (written & verbal)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
Experience with medical claims systems (advantageous)
