About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fleet Supervisor to join our security operations team. This role is critical in ensuring the effective management, safety, and operational readiness of all company vehicles supporting security services.

The position will report to the Branch Manager.

Key Performance Areas: (Not totally inclusive)

• Oversee daily vehicle operations, including allocation and deployment to security teams
• Monitor vehicle condition, ensuring timely maintenance, servicing, and repairs
• Ensure full compliance with road safety regulations and company policies
• Supervise drivers and enforce safe driving practices
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance history
• Investigate vehicle-related incidents and implement preventative measures

Qualifications, experience and other competencies

• PSIRA Grade B
• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Drivers licence
• Computer literate
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in fleet or vehicle supervision, preferably within the security industry
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport regulations
