𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 
✅ Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field
✅ Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within retail or a fast-paced environment
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
✅ Experience with business process modelling and documentation tools
✅ Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL advantageous)
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
