Responsibilities:

Produce detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects using CAD software.
Interpret architectural and engineering designs into clear, accurate working drawings.
Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and project specifications.
Revise and update drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, and site teams.
Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve design and technical issues.
Assist in preparing layouts, schematics, and 3D models where required.
Conduct site visits to gather measurements and verify design accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

Requirements

Site experience of +/- 3 years
3 years Auto CAD experience
Can be able to run the tender process on sites
Understand and run with contract documents & costing documents
Turnkey solution (project from start to end)
Must be a structured person
Take over the lease negotiations
Willing to work away from home when busy with a project
Interact with the council and knowledge of the bylaws
Look for new sites
