Job Summary

Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of alarm systems and related security equipment to ensure client safety and compliance with industry standards.

Key Performance Areas

• Installation & Setup

  • Install, configure, and test alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and related security devices.

  • Ensure proper wiring, programming, and integration with monitoring systems.

• Maintenance & Repairs

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.

  • Diagnose faults and perform corrective repairs efficiently.

  • Replace defective components and update system software when required.

• Client Support & Service

  • Provide technical support and training to clients on system usage.

  • Respond to service calls promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain strong client relationships through reliable service delivery.

• Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure installations comply with industry regulations and company standards.

  • Complete job cards, service reports, and documentation accurately.

  • Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times.
