This role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, supporting Scrum teams, and ensuring effective delivery within an Agile environment. The Scrum Master will work closely with cross-functional teams to remove impediments, manage backlogs, and promote Agile best practices while ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines.

Key Requirements
• Advanced Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Scrum Master, or Business Administration
• 2–5 years’ experience in a Scrum Master or Agile support role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and Scrum practices
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and backlog management
• Exposure to data tools, programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL), and platforms such as SAP BW, SSRS, Power BI, or Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with data pipelines, machine learning, and reporting environments
